I am from Chennai. Is AI technology the major reason for planned layoffs in TCS?

TCS growth has literally stopped. No major deals for past one year. They are removing people to reorganize leadership. Bench are also being removed as projects are not coming and existing projects are ramping down.

Not AI it's started after Covid Many organisations hire employees with high package in respect to there area of knowledge and many lateral hire are not up to the mark and they did not justify that this is the main reason.

Now they have a reason to lay off the name of AI .If you see the pattern they already started layoffs for allocation and xyz rules.

No, it is not, we have done micromanagement and we are unable to fire till the time, tried all things such as RTO, and-other policis but unable to match profit, after this we will release compensation letter too.
