I am fresher in tcs and it's been 4 months joined a project but still not assigned any task or team. What should I do in this case?
I have also completed the in project training but still not assigned any task just go to ODC without any work.

Do they really give appraisal? What is the difference between getting a 0.6% hike and working hard and getting no hike with no work. It's better for him to prepare for the next company switch. Start learning otherwise. He will be stuck at the same bracket of 3-4 LPA.
If you are a fresher learn trending technology and try to switch as fast as you can or you will be struck here with lazy attitude
I'm telling this coz i did the same no work so stayed quiet and did nothing now trying desperately to switch don't stop learning
If u have time use it wisely , never ask from your manager or Team Lead for work... Master any new technology so when the time comes u could switch.
