Trending @Accenture; I am fresher, I got the ASE role in Accenture(4.5LPA), IBM(4.5LPA) and Deloitte (4.5LPA). Can anyone suggest should I join Accenture or not?

Ibm gives default promotion in 1 years which happens in deloitte and accenture after 2 years. Work life balance is great . Deloitte has more learning value. Accenture should be the least preference.
