Trending @Accenture; I am feeling pissed off now a days because of my reporting manager.
She is trying to portray down me wherever and whenever possible. But my work and accomplishments are not going in limelight. I really dont know the intention behind it. What to do now? Any suggestions??
@ImpureCracker well my lead has filled completely negative comments in ABCD not a single positive ( well frankly I work well and ensure i give my best and I was the one who gave kt to my lead ) iam suprised with the negative comments, anything which I say now if I say right he says left, cannot work under him anymore is what I feel , please let me know if project change is the right option at this time ? what will be the process. Thank you for your inputs
For changing your project you have to find another through an internal job portal or through contacts. If some other project is ready to take you then you will be rolled off from the current project. Asking for a roll from the current project won't work since you are charged and HR or manager will not allow you to go to the bench. If you find a job and they are ready to take you then no one can stop you from switching.

Same thing is happening with my lead as the appraisal cycle is coming up he is trying to project me negative in all the possible ways, thinking to change the project any suggestions would be helpful
Same here sister!i can relate The closer I am coming to End year appraisal the more she is trying to demean me and finding faults in tiny things
It happens when you have micromanger, either you can switch projects or company
Please have a pct with your lead and take constructive feedback. Ensure you implement them by your next connect. Like wise, your lead suppose to recognize foe your work
