Hello guys currently I am deployed in TCS SBI Belapur Project Maharashtra and trust me I am doing work which a data entry clerk can also do
Nothing but filling forms....
Please suggest me what can I do I don't want to ruin my career
I am upskilling myself by doing courses which are in data engineering field as my interest lies in data engineering.
Also this experience will nowhere be useful to me what should I say? "I was filling forms? "

Bro, just keep upskilling in data engineering and start applying for roles outside TCS. Your current work won't help your career, so focus on what you really want. Don't waste time, take control now! 💪
Upskill and move on from TCS.....if you think that after upskilling you will get good role and your compensation will revised in TCS you are wrong my dear..........no matter how much you upskill you will get same salary at the end.....TCS will hire outside with high pay but does not pay inside unskilled employees.....move on
Yes true, but upskilling in my domain and then asking for release from this shitty a*s project and getting into my domain project will help me to switch as I will gain experience in my field and then I can move with that experience in other companies. Is what I am thinking, what will you suggest?
Getting released from a project is it's self a war now a days..if you go against your manager they will sent you for PIP and then D banding and then separation will be initiated from RMG.
