Trending @HCL; I am doing everything to understand how my team works . It's been six months now still I know nothing . Getting daily scolding and abuses .

Are you a fresher? if yes, it'll take upto 1yr to understand the processes. but if its regarding your actual work, depends how technical you are. Maybe your are on the dumb side or maybe you have not been provided proper KT or maybe your colleagues are dumb. various reason! you haven't mentioned what degree you have done and what job role you got, what tools you used and what experience or knowledge you have on the tool your team uses.

Relax . It happens due to cultural differences. Please be polite and be patience with your fellow workers. Things will get sorted out . Don’t conclude anything and avoid negativity

I am just scared will I be kicked out from the org. ? Kindly suggest something
