I am currently working in Deloitte and have a interview in Snowflake. Should I make the switch?

So a bit background to the question, I am currently working in Deloitte as an Cyber Security Analyst. I have been in Deloitte for 1 yr and recently got an opportunity at Snowflake for the role of COMPLIANCE RISK ANALYST - CUSTOMER TRUST role. So I have no clue whether I should consider this or not? Will it be good for me or not? Total exp-3 yrs.
