I am currently working in a billable TnM Project & a billable resource. Suddenly i got a call from another project account without release.

I am currently working in a billable TnM Project as a billable resource. Yesterday afternoon, Suddenly i got a call from another project account stating that they have received my profile from RMG as my profile is available for allocation. They stated that they called me for a project requirement in their project account. I replied to them that I did not get any update from my current manager or current project account regarding project release or WON movement. I checked with my lead and he asked me to ignore them. My Manager did not reply to me anything for this. I replied to the other project account that my lead has asked me to ignore this and they agreed to update the same to RMG. How did my profile go to RMG that I am available for allocation while I am still reporting and allocated to one project or account without any prior intimation of release ? What is happening in the backend? Really confusing.
