I am currently in LTI as Main Frame developer,from feb I am deployed to project.getting opportunity as a fresher in Accenture for big data

Hi I am currently in LTI as a Mainframe Developer and I joined as a fresher in December I got deployed to a project in February and Currently I am working in there but the work is only functional and it will not help me in carrier growth. Now I got an opportunity as a fresher in Accenture as a packaged app development associate and they are giving me the stream of big data/ hadoop engineer( most probably they will deploy in that field only) the onboarding is on November. should I trust Accenture and make a move?
