I am confused for the first hike I should ask for.

I am working in Accenture for 3.5 yrs and joined through campus placement. I am working in SAP S4 FI CO role on CL-11. I am now looking for switch. And since it is my first switch, what % of hike should I expect or ask for in my coming interviews. At present I am at 7.5 LPA.
