If the post is not fake, then pl don't think twice before joining Delloite. Although the project is trying to retain you now, but later they will have to buckle down under corporate pressure to release you or when the dependency or the project gets over you would r shown the doors. Make as much money as possible before the AI shitstorm takes all our jobs.

Delloite is one of the best in big4. Work pressure is there, but stability, wfh, ethics and growth is much much better

If offer is from good company and you have good work offered.. go there and learn new.. there is no like dependencies in Professional. It's all about time. Right now they don't have option to replace your position that's it buddy..

Offer from Deloitte india, is Deloitte India a good company?

Obviously it's good company. Don't stay here, once you retain you can't expect a good band next time they will drag you down to match with the previous ctc , like if you get C you won't get a retention bonus.

Your retention will not be part of CTC and it will be stopped during your onsite assignment or unit change and band performance

Think when they don’t need you anymore they can kick you out.

Agree but forcing me to take resignation back becoz of dependency bht thinking if this will end soon. Then is it worth staying back. Currently holding offer from Deloitte

First of all the way you ask the question is like your are not in full confidence to go out of TCS , as per my view consider the below points and decide by yourself :

  1. Current market value of your technology
  2. Job security
  3. Work culture
  4. Project sustainability
  5. Pay and perks
If you compare the both between the two company you will arrive a solution.
