My current role is developer and 15 years of experience, what role should be safe?

15 years is too long for being a developer. Not my view, but thats how HR or Sr Mgmt may look at it. See if you can progress into roles that have title as Designer, Technical Lead or Architect depending on your skill and area.

May be damage control initiated. But time is passed. God also cannot save TCS due to wrong & inefficient leadership.
