I am c3a and my allocation index for last quarter is 84, what should i expect

For C3A, if you have 85+ or not doesn't matter. They will provide the same vp between 20-30%.

Where can we check the allocation index?

Regarding Variable pay deduction who cares.. at this point if they don't deduct anything then we would be surprised.
