You have 2 months to complete BOTP successfully. Else post 2 months in another 1 month you will be asked to leave Capgemini. Better to find a job outside and move out than being kicked out.

How to complete BOTP successfully? I have received no mail regarding BOTP. They just held a meeting with 400 odd people and said to push for billabily within 2 months
