I am being offered this for assistant manager position
Current CTC is 1100000. Is it a fair hike? I asked for 18 LPA because I had to move to banglore but they could only do this even after negotiation.

After 3.5 YOE they can offer me 18.5 Fixed LPA and 1.5L joining bonus. My previous CTC was 16.5 Fixed LPA. Now Deloitte USI was not ready to give more than 12% hike mentioning that I am getting already a better salary. I don’t understand why they are not able to value skill being a Big 4 firm. I rejected the letter of intent
yeahh. But I have seen some people get more than 20 lpa at deloitte or EY. Its rare i guess

Deloitte is always like that. They once offered me the same amount as my new ctc. Said Deloitte brings a brand value to resume.
Anyways take the offer, and you can always search for new company
