Apply your base location election day holiday. Work for that day, Enter unscheduled work for that day and get it approved from your manager. Then use that comp off for your actual election day in your native location

@487 apply leave under election day leave and ask your manager to approve it in replicon.

Email your manager asking the same and CC your BU HR - it shouldn’t be a problem at all - as there are dire consequences if they stop you!
