You want to change your primary skill in mycompetency or you want to change your career to cloud also which domain are you trying to switch for instance cloud security, cloud infrastructure etc etc?

Yeah, but which domain are you trying to target? I would suggest you read Azure as well. As Accenture has a lot of projects running on Azure. Go for AZ-900, AZ-104 certification to begin with and then reach out to different managers. It would be difficult as a fresher but keep knocking doors.
