I am at c3b . Joined tcs 1 year ago . Completed wings2 but not eligible for interview/evaultion. Reason : not completed 2 years in tcs with A or B raiting . Reason2 : not RTO compliant . 😌
C3B within 1 year wings2 cleared? Which account you are? Did not get enough work assigned? How did you get this much free bandwidth man within a year!!!

Hey forget to check this app , i work from home and able to do wings trainings and all after or during shift yes i was able to do that . Level 1 interview cleared got around 4k hike in salary but level 2 was not passed with distinction because of interviewer asked me silly questions like full form of vpn and OSI model and no actual scenario questions
You will have to wait for minimum 3-4 years.
Those who joined recently shouldnt take wings2 seriously. Their package would be already high (as per tcs's so called market standards) and even if they clear, they may get 10% ish hikes.
Those are underpaid, they may try to pursue.

It is written in WINGS2 SOP that you have to be A or B to raise evaluation. Well known rule.
Not sure of RTO compliance though.

So projects, my windows , vmware troubleshooting and experience worked but not doing exactly consulting work but lots of build , troubleshooting, enhancements and all sort of everything
