Trending @Accenture; I am at ase this time my variable pay shows 8.5% in reward and same get credit but it's (13908) also in December I get same 8.5%(16226) why?

Is I need to talk to manager and ask why this happen mean foy may 2025 8.5% -13908 And for dec 2024 8.5%- 16226

So, your basic is around 190000. Maybe it's deducted bcoz of performance or Chargability
