Try negotiating a 150% hike on top of your current ctc. If you have a nice skill, they don't lose you anyway. At least you would get a 100 to 120% hike if you negotiate well. All the best

aim for 8 LPA, no less. with 2 years in dot net, you deserve it. don't settle for less, market is ripe for techies. demand what you're worth, no second thoughts.
