Trending @Cognizant; I am associate ,I will be on CPDP from June . Can anyone tell me after how many days my aging will start?

If you are a lateral hire then it will start after 6 months
And if you are a campus Hire and not complete 2 years then it'll start after 2 years
But if you have completed 2 years and now you are going on bench you'll get 75 days for project after that they will ask you to resign if you don't get a project
