If we do this then can they give negative feedback and which will impact when we left Accenture in future and join new firm? If new company is doing background verification.

They apparently say that "ASEs can't be rolled off before completing 2 years in the project". MFs have kept me on the project bench, with no work for the past 6+ months now. They're saying there is no demand from the client side as of now and also they mentioned that the client is hesitant to onboard ASEs due to skill issues whereas they haven't even scheduled a client interview till now. This company is a graveyard for ASEs and freshers.b

Lead here, if you have been in the project for more than 2 years and they haven’t promoted, then you can ask your DU lead for a change in role with concise reasons explaining your area of interest and how the current team is not the right environment for growth as you feel stagnant.
But before, take a 1-1 with the HR to explore your options regardless of the years.
It’s just that at level 12 you don’t have much liberal movement to hop between projects due to Accenture rules of breeding more ASE’s for some mandatory time period . Also put all your email/msgs through chat gpt to soften any harsh words to use corporate lingo :p
You don’t wanna offend anyone while asking for an RO cause I have been there ;)

Releasing an ASE at will ia not in manager's hand there are lot of restrictions

Manager can relase only if he has some justifiable reason

  1. Project ending
  2. He has surplus ASE (unlikely scenario)
  3. Performance issue ( he Wil be pushed ro initiate IP)
  4. Some other project has chargeable role for ASE, will happen after lot of approval and discussion
