Trending @HCL; I am an MCA graduate and more than 2 years in HCL with 3.5LPA.
I am working as a L2 support engineer for more than 2 years in HCL. HCL is giving me 3.5LPA, joined as a fresher First hike was 8K now it is 3.58 LPA. After that there is no change. Is this normal in HCL
How can I get a raise from 3.5 to 4.5 6 LPA ?
Only way to increase salary is to switch the company. Most of the service based companies are the same. I worked in Infy, joined as fresher with same package as you left the company after 4 years and my salary was 4.25 while I was leaving

You low confidence creature you must get 1L/y. Keeping shame will add value to you. You lsef esteem bugger disgrace to your family and nation. Get out India and do real work.

Well, you can't. The highest appraisal you'll get here is most often the first one. Their appraisal process is really questionable. I have even seen quite a few people not receiving their appraisals at all, or missing alignments and having to constantly follow up with HRs and other teams.
Switch is only the option to get hike in HCL, doesn't matter how capable you are. Appraisal will always disappoint you so don't expect. Re-join hcl once you are satisfied with your package.
Change the job, here salary will not increase to much. You need to start a job with any startup and when your exp will 10 years then join hcl again
