I am an MBA passout from top IIM, but Deloitte USI is making me work as a Business Analyst. Can I switch to a ProdMan Role ?

Hey People, I am a 2022 passout from top IIM. I have been working in Deloitte USI for last 3 years in the stupidest projects with no exposure to skill building. When my peers are working as Product Managers, I am being made to work as Business Analyst with bunch of dumbasses. I see only darkness here. No promotion no good hike and no career path hope. I want to work hard, build skills, earn great and live well. I am very hardworking and decently smart as well. Not sure what to do from here. Will I be able to get a job in Prod Man or any real business roles where real stuff happens not crappy PPTs with secondary work like a contract laborer. Deeply disturbed by this experience. I just login work without any purpose, don't build any connections or anything, and log off. Not sure how to act.
