Trending @Cognizant; I am an associate with 7.35 LPA. How much salary hike I can expect if I get promotion to SA? Is there any CTC cap for SA?

What I have observed is 15-20% of hike depending upon your BU

The Median CTC for SA level guy is 16 LPA, it might vary as per your years of experience and hiring process. BSchool hires from good colleges get in the range 13.5 to 19.5 depending on prior experience. Some SAs also get 24+. You can easily ask for 13 at least even if you don't have an MBA.
