Trending @Infosys; I am an Associate consultant. For senior associate consultant role is a progression. Do they do it automatically or do I nee to ask manager

I kept giving reminder to manager for 6 months after completing 1 yr as acon for it to happen

It happens automatically but I would prefer to ask for it as managers are not aware and by asking they will be aware and they can fast-track it

Progressions happen automatically.

It’s been 1.3 Months still not promoted to senior associate consultant

For some people it happens automatically but for the rest of the people we need to ask. For me even after asking it happened after two quarters only.

They said there are some limits, only these many people can be given with progression/promotion in a unit for a quarter.
