Trending @Capgemini; I am an Associate consultant and my package is 6.52LPA,anyone has any idea what would be the max package I will get if I become coconsultant

I am an A5
CTC : 7.81 LPA.

Well when I was a Consultant my CTC was 11 LPA. So I guess you are been underpaid. Hence you should grab an offer resign and negotiate. And see if you can get same amount in Capgemini or better move on.

I am Associate consultant
CTC:5.8 Yoe: 3.6

Expect around 7.5 max
