Trending @Accenture; I am an ASE joined in Nov 2024. I have received 8.5% VP. I was told to add priorities, etc.. what all should I do to get a better VP?

Apart from performing well in my project? Nowadays, they are already no longer considering TechLeap for promotion and named it as "Specialization".

8.5% is the maximum for ASE as mentioned in the offer letter

I think that percent is max for your level. For me I joined in April last yr, but got just 2%
