I am about to get promotion next quarter from c2 to c3a

My current CTC is 19.3 LPA with 9 yrs of experience. How much percentage of hike i can expect with the promotion of C2 to C3A. I heard its 10-15 percent, but some are saying promotion hike depends on current CTC and it could be just 5percent also if current CTC is high. So ideally how much hike i could get by considering my current CTC

Depends on your band. It can vary between 10-20 %. It also depends on the current CTC.

I got C2 to C3A promotion. I could answer . I got two straight A babda . I was around 18.8 at that time. I got 15% hike .
