I am about to complete my one year next month in tcs. I have raised anniversary appraisal my i add wrong name in place of my manager.

I have added my supervisors name instead of manager. Now my manager is asking to change that name but it's not editable. I asked hr to reject my request so that I can add new before deadline. Any suggestions?

You can click on edit appraisal and change the hr name with hr employee code

No name is not editable after clicking on edit button.

You can change and submit, it will go to hr for approval, once hr approves, it will reflect
