i am about to complete 1 year in TCS.In my Final anniversary appraisal I got 3.83IPF.Can please any one tell me what grade will I get and what % of hike should I expect ?

3.83 is not good. The best you can get will be B with 5-6%

I have been in a project since i have joined and have performed with no complains but I don’t know why the Manager has given me so less.Hope i get a hike 5-6% atleast
