I am a technical writer with 10 years of experience, need advice should i go ahead or learn some new tech skills?

I am in tcs, at my home town with family, I didn’t wanted to switch for comfort zone but not much salary hike and this year got D band and salary reduced by 20%, now i am confused should i go ahead and see new opportunities in tech writing (with AI don’t know future in tech writing) or should i first learn some new tech skills like scrum, cloud , sap functional or some other tech skills for first time learner which will be AI safe (i know eventually everything will be AI) but al least in some job we can stay long with AI, i want job security and decent money
