I am a student who wants to apply abroad for bachelors. How do I do so?

I am an 18 year old student. I want to apply abroad for my bachelors. I am not that financially well off. I have always wanted to go and study abroad. My parents are not in favour of decision as they don't have money to pay tuition. What should I do? I want to secretly apply.
