I am a Software Engineer and just graduated. How can I improve my resume to stand out to potential employers?

Start learning and if not enough opportunity in your org try open source contribution that are meaningful not just any random commit,only proper learning would make you skilled and give you job security and in turn your resume stand out. ( learning meaningful stuff)
