Trending @Accenture; I am a scrum master in level9. What are some things that I can do to claim promotion?

👅🍑 or change gender. thats the only thing working in Accenture right now. I have not received any hike or promotion for 2.5 years and people less deserving got it just because they were closer to the people or had a hole instead of a pole. I was told i will be promoted but because of the diversity quotas promotion went to a female colleague.

In my case… jab promotion dena tha , they kicked me our from that project🤣. In new project i am not getting that much workload. currently getting ready for new opportunities out side.
