I am a Product analyst; want to move into Product Management, how can I?
I am Product analyst with 3 years of experience in a well known Indian E-commerce Company and prior to that I had an MBA for Top tier IIM. I want to move to Product Management role now. I have been closely working with PMs.
How can I make my transition to PM possible? I do not have a Computer Science background but an MBA.
What skills/exp do I need to switch to PM? How to apply for a PM role with a Product Analyst based Resume?

To transition from Product Analyst to Product Manager, highlight your collaborative work with PMs, focusing on problem-solving, customer-centric thinking, and driving product outcomes. Build experience in road mapping, feature prioritization, and stakeholder communication. Tailor your resume to emphasize ownership of product decisions, even if indirect. Consider taking ownership of small projects or features to demonstrate your PM potential. Network with internal teams or apply for Associate PM roles externally.
A similar story but I am not from IIM. Total experience of 10 years across project management. But I want to get into prodyct management, not sure if I can be a good fit can some one advise
