I am a PA and have completed 2yrs and 4 months in cognizant. I have been in my current project since October 2024 and my manager gave me 3 rating last time. Will I get hike in the coming days or not? And if yes, then how much ?

Suppose if someone is getting promoted in July then will they give hike in August or not. If not then will they give in next year or in next quarter.
