I am a Mulesoft Developer with more than 3 yrs of experience. Current CTC is 4.5 lpa. How much should I ask as part of retention?

Joined Capgemini as fresher A3 now at A5. Company is trying to retain. How much CTC should I ask for. Also please suggest any other suggestions which will be helpful for me.
