I am a fresher and joined tcs last year
I am in a support project currently. Even after telling the rmg multiple times not to put me in a support project they have put me in a support project for 3 years(the project team took a consent ). Can anyone tell me how can I go into a developer,cloud project after this project and what certification to do for going into that type of project ?
Now they taken your concent and put you into project, they won't release you. Best suggestion i could give is do not put much efforts in support project and utilise that time to prepare for switch. Don't waste your career working in support project

The natural rule is to first work as a developer and understand what abouts of a project. After becoming a senior and experienced you should go into support. A fresher can not perform in a support project.
The catch is after becoming a senior you won't and no one can lure you into a support project. That's why they force freshers into support. As an aftermath it takes toll on the career progression of the fresher.
But now you have given consent, so nothing doing. Keep nagging your manager for release.

Do any technology certification of your liking that you want to work on. The problem is as I said that before going into your next project they will take technical interview. The challenge is that you have not worked on technology. Rest depends on your skills. Certification can surely help.
