I am a below average PM, how to upskill myself?

I am working at a leading D2C brand as an associate product manager. I manage the consumer side of the app, handling retention. Although I feel I need to learn a lot more about product management. My manager has also become sceptical of my work and doesn't consider me for big opportunities, she even openly tells me that I need to learn about user targeting and product solutioning.

Please guide me how to improve as a product manager
