I am 7 months pregnant.When should I tell in office about maternity leave,seeing the current situation in TCS?

Inform now only otherwise you will face problems during approval of leave.They will ask why not inform .They will arrange your replacement in team .I joined one team recently and I am a replacement of one of the resources who have taken ML leave now recently.

It’s better to tell now,so that your leaves and all get approved timely.Remember you have to tell either today or tomorrow if it will be late leave approval will take time resulting in salary loss.

You should tell hr now and can inform project now or atleast 1.5 months before so they can search for replacement … don’t be scared I told them at 3 months itself as I took wfh exception and they supported me throughout my journey … you are in 7 months so inform now … don’t worry nothing bad will happen… just inform and relax as enjoy your journey

Please think what is your priority?? Your coming baby (for lifelong) or TCS then think accordingly and take decisions. No need to take public opinion on this.

What will happen if u tell? Max to max they will send u to bench search new project why are u scared firstly?
