It's after child birth right, not during pregnancy

Are you HR? Trying to justify how good policies they have? Let me tell you these are basic things, almost all companies do provide these. There are few accounts in TCS having the worst managers with such a narrow minded mentality. I wanted a promotion for my last 5.9 years of work, but they rejected because they can save money by delaying by 2 more years.

I asked for wfh from the 6th month and they agreed. For the prior quarter I lost qva. I didn't tell them earlier about my pregnancy because my promotion was due, as they got to know about my situation, they removed my name from the promotion list. Now they can delay by 1.5 years.

Same thing happened with me. They are delaying my promotion because I took maternity leave last year. And I believe they will delay by 6 more months so I have requested for a release from the project.
