My last working was yesterday. Feeling happy that I left wipro. As I haven't got any single penny hike after spending 2.5 years. Now in my next company, got 80% hike. I was thinking my RM is might be thinking to retain me but he called me and suggested me to leave as he is also looking for outside option as in Wipro, there is no hope.
Nothing happens. You can resign within 1 year if you so wish.
The company is not gonna do anything for such trivial issue.

Where did you gave commitment? In writing or in words?
If it was a verbal commitment, please submit your resignation again. No one can stop it; the system will automatically approve it.
For all you know, your manager itself might leave before you 😂 Whenever any manager asks me for commitment, I ask them for the same 🙂
