Your 12 years of experience and you're still stuck at 10 LPA? Bhai, TCS isn't a charity. They won't hand you an onsite opportunity on a silver platter. You need to upskill, network, and show them you're worth it. And stop whining about it. It's unbecoming. What have you done to make yourself indispensable to TCS?
