A billionaire telling tier 3 college kids what to do is lame. The struggles they have to face when they enter a corporate world, with so many limitations, and personal issues, is unseen.

A better dialogue would be "if you can build something, forget post grad. Just build. If you can't, yet want to move up the corporate ladder, do a cost benefit analysis and find out."
