I accepted XYZ project that is strictly for employees working from XYZ ODC. I live in XYZ ,can't move to Bangalore or any other ODC as it is far from my home since my mother is not well. PS: My Base location is Bangalore.

I asked manager for some solution but he said I should have communicated earlier before the client interview but I did not knew the strictness of the location .

My Manager already communicated to the client that I will be joining in coming week .They will provide the flight and accomadation for a week or so.

So he said come to Bangalore for 1 -2 quarters ,build a good rapport with the client and explain delivery manager situation maybe he can provide a solution.

I told them I will come on Monday but still in a bit of dilemma.

What should I do ?
