Nothing will happen in our project one girl abused my lead , nothing happened to her rather everyone in team praised her for standing up.
What did she tell
She messaged in our team group and asked him by tagging if he has lost his mind and called him stupid etc
Relax. Unless your senior decides to escalate this to his manager or HR no action might be taken. So for now stay humble around your senior but dont is over compensate.
