Overpriced rentals are surely a problem. I pay 17k for a room in 2bhk for a cheap looking apartment where as my peers stay in one of the best gated community apartment for the same price in Hyderabad right now.
Weather is a huge problem in Hyderabad. Traffic is a huge problem in Bangalore.

Movies are way cheaper at 200 per person be it weekend or weekday.

Bangalore was sexy, much more hospital for outsiders a decade ago, then you guys started showing your attitude and took things for granted. You will repeat the same in Hyderabad and will be meted out similar treatment. Give and take respect. Nothing should be taken for granted

Hyd for service sector. Bangalore for startups. Bangalore is damn expensive. Even autowalla are Demanding crazy rates.
In Bangalore rental deposit for getting a flat is 6 to 12 months of rent whereas in Hyderabad it is just 1 to 2 months of rent.
Both have pros and cons, personally I voted Bangalore just for its geographical location (places to visit in vicinity), even though I live in Hyderabad. Hyderabad:- Biggest pros- More cosmopolitan, more accepting. Biggest con- Hardly any good places to visit nearby. Bangalore:- Biggest pros- Much better and more career opportunities (more startups, more jobs with higher salary) Biggest con- Costlier real estate/rent; and horrible traffic and infra
