Hyderabad RMG is worst asking C1 employee to go to Adipatla campus 5 days week sit 9 hrs + 57km *2 daily up and down.
All my colleagues are in depression. C1 employee are core and most contributing employee still they are doing like that how they can travel 114 km daily why don't RMG people travel 114 km regularly??
Most of the people are travelling like that. For me it will take 5 hours up and down( i am in banglore) They will not listen to ur complaints.
Brother I don't know about your banglore here in Adibatla Campus only associate come who live near the campus not far away people and feedback also people gives that associated are travelling hard and comming and no RMG person is available there isn't it funny.. the person who has called everyone that person is not there in the Adibatla Campus this is not compain they are making fun of associates
I think they are calling after 4 months on the bench people not all
Up skill yourself, find a project in TCS of your liking, if not getting projects then find another company there is always demand for skilled people.
Brother it has not happened with me but a lot of hyd associates specially C1 are getting targeted who have worked and contributed a lot in previous projects. One day u can also face same kind of issue then you will surely resign first? Or will say ur problems?
Tcs RMG are worst despite of location.they don't talk sense at all. Ask us to come to office and spend 9 hrs if we ask for seat they go sit in cafeteria or in compound.
Come on man, rules are there but that doesn't mean you need to follow all. Just swipe in stay for couple of hrs and leave.
I was near to office and since at that time I was fresher so I used to swipe in and out, in spite of all these warnings.
