Ask your RMG for temporary transfer to Hyderabad and find project in that time

They can allow only if he had completed min 2 Years of overall experience...Else he had to find the project having an odc in that location and then he can try through his supervisor and if still if that doesn't work he need to work requesting direct access to that ODC through RIGHTS Instead...
